Husband and wife owners, Josh and Toni Warren, do whatever is necessary to provide the highest-quality service possible. When you suffer property damage — from a fire to a flood from a broken water pipe while you’re out of town — that trauma alone is difficult enough. A Family History in Construction
Josh Warren was introduced to construction and the electric, plumbing and HVAC trades at an early age. He grew up in his father’s construction company’s business office. Josh worked for his parents right through college and beyond —16 years in total.
Eventually, Josh wanted more. He was intrigued by the disaster restoration industry and saw it as both an art and a science. For example, he enjoys figuring the arrangement of equipment to ensure optimal drying of a structure, and he likes calculating the cost to save a building and its contents versus a complete demolition. Today, Josh strives to be the best at what he does by staying on top of industry and technology trends.

Toni Warren is the customer service side of Warren Restoration. With a degree in International Business and a background in hotel and property management, Toni has worked on the front lines and behind the scenes. She knows what it takes to provide excellent customer service.
Together, the husband-and-wife duo complement each other well. From their three offices — in Big Stone Gap, VA; Hendersonville, NC; and Cape Coral, FL — they cover a wide geographic radius. Their goal is to exceed your expectations always, in the quality of work and the level of customer service. It’s important — because at Warren Restoration, their family name and reputation are on the line.
